Eight Athletes Nominated to 2007 U.S. Parapan American Table Tennis Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - U.S. Paralympics announced today the eight athletes who have been nominated to represent the U.S. at the 2007 Parapan American Games, Aug. 12-19 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The team, which will be coached by two-time Olympian Sean O'Neill (Portland, Ore.), features the six members of the 2006 U.S. Paralympics Table Tennis World Championships Team that competed in Montreux, Switzerland: Norman Bass (Inglewood, Calif.), Tahl Leibovitz (Ozone Park, N.Y.), Edward Levy (Greensboro, N.C.), Wayne Lo (Sunnyvale, Calif.), Andre Scott (Fort Worth, Texas) and Mitchell Seidenfeld (Lakeville, Minn.).
Leibovitz had the best U.S. finish at World Championships, taking fourth in the men's open standing competition.
