Gold Medals from Leibovitz, Lo and Nir-Kistler Highlight Day Two of U.S. Paralympics Table Tennis Championships

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Day two of the U.S. Paralympics Table Tennis Championships saw Tahl Leibovitz (Ozone Park, N.Y.) win his second gold medal of the competition Thursday at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Leibovitz took the top spot in the Men's Class 9-10 Singles, with teammate Mitch Seidenfield (Lakefield, Minn.) earning the bronze. Wayne Lo (Sunnyvale, Calif.) won gold in Men's Class 8 Singles, and Bob Bowlander (Waco, Ga.) joined him on the podium by earning a bronze of his own.
Noga Nir-Kistler led a U.S. sweep in the Women's 3-4-5 Singles, defeating Jennifer Johnson (Port Chester, N.Y.) in the finals. Pam Fontaine (Double Oak, Texas), who won the Women's Open Sitting Class Wednesday, earned the bronze.
The U.S. also saw bronze medal-winning performances by Norm Bass (Inglewood, Calif.) in the Men's Class 7 and Andre Scott (Fort Worth, Texas) in the Men's Class 5.
