Five Table Tennis Athletes to Compete in German Open as World Championships Draw Closer

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Led by U.S. Paralympics Table Tennis National Team head coach Sean O'Neill (Portland, Ore.), five U.S. athletes will compete in the 2nd German Open in Wuppertal, Germany

The athletes will use the meet to prepare for the upcoming 2006 IPC Table Tennis World Championships, Sept. 22 - Oct. 2 in Montreux, Switzerland.

The athletes representing the U.S. in Germany will be Norm Bass (Inglewood, Calif.), Bob Bowlander (Waco, Ga.), Tahl Leibovitz (Ozone Park, N.Y.), Ed Levy (Portland, Ore.) and Andre Scott (Fort Worth, Texas).
