Rodgers Takes Two Bronze Medals at Wheelchair Fencing World Cup
Scott Rodgers (San Diego, Calif.) won bronze medals in the men's Category B Epee and Foil at the 2007 Wheelchair Fencing World Cup and European Championships, July 12-18 in Warsaw, Poland. Rodgers was defeated by Andriy Komar of the Ukraine, the eventual gold medalist, in the semifinals of the Epee event and fell to Hong Kong's Charn Hung Hui in the Foil semis. more...  

At the age of 49, Curtis Lovejoy (Atlanta, Ga.) showed he's still in top form by winning gold in the Men's Foil, C Category, Monday at the 2006 IWAS Wheelchair Fencing World Championships in Torino, Italy. For Lovejoy, the world championship adds to an impressive resume that features more than 40 gold medals in wheelchair fencing competition. more...
