A humble athlete, Reser says, “I am not the strongest, so I don't lift the most in the weight room, and I'm not the fastest so I don't come in first when we run.” His success in judo comes from countless hours perfecting his technique and constantly working to catch his competitors on their toes. “There’s a few tricks that I pull out when I really need them,” says Reser, “but don't get me wrong, I try my hardest in the weight room and on the track, but it is in the judo room that I get most of my training done.”
