It's Every Day

No matter how hard he trains for his sport, Eli Bremer never forgets his full-time job as a military officer. "Being an athlete is merely an extension of my job as an officer," he said. "Sports allow us to 'touch' people as role models and ambassadors to our country."

 

Bremer, a member of the United States Air Force World Class Athlete Program, serves as a Captain in the United States Air Force and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (2000).  Eli comes from a politically active family.  His father, Duncan Bremer (Colorado Springs, Colo.), ran in the 2006 race to represent Colorado’s Fifth Congressional District in the United States Congress, the seat vacated by the retiring Joel Hefley.  Eli’s uncle, Ambassador L. Paul Bremer III, served as Presidential Envoy to Iraq and Administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority leading the U.S reconstruction effort in Iraq from May 2003 to June 2004.  Bremer and is wife Cami reside in Colorado Springs, Colo.  Bremer is the son of Duncan and Michele Bremer.
