“Imagining myself stepping to the start line with the letters USA imprinted on my back inspired me to be an Olympian,” said Brock. But it hasn’t been an easy road. After playing football for nearly 20 years, Brock started from the bottom in the sport of bobsled. “It was an enormous challenge to start a sport at such a late age and do well,” said Brock. But his natural athletic talent, and his desire to be the best has put Brock in position to achieve his Olympic dream and bring home a medal from Torino. -homedepot.mediaroom.com
“God has given me some pretty good athletic talent and I want to use it to the fullest,” said Brock. “As I do well, I want to thank Him, because without God, I would not be in the situation I am now. I feel he has called me to serve others in a way of ministry.”
